Our consultation includes;
-Identifying your target market for your property.
- Identifying the requirements of your property, from designs, colours, lighting, furniture placement, any renovation work or decorating.
- Preparing your property for the professional photography
- Site visit
Price £149 upto 2 hours consultation. This is deducted from the final quote if you choose to book your staging on the day of the consultation.
Travelling expenses will apply if over 15 Miles.

Our price includes -
Phone consultation, delivery, installation of furniture, removal of all packaging, rental for six weeks, removal of furniture.

Fill out our online consultation form.
We will then arrange a consultation call to confirm your requirements, book a site visit if needed, agree price and an installation date
On Install Day - We will meet you at the property or collect the keys from the agent and install your furniture.
Your property is now ready for viewings.
At the end of the rental period of 6 weeks the furniture is then collected.
